2026 Scholarship Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Equeum Ltd (registered in England and Wales), trading as propertyCEO (“the Promoter”).

  1. Eligibility

2.1 The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.

2.2 Employees of the Promoter, its associated companies, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

2.3 Only one entry per person is permitted.

2.4 The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Ireland, unless otherwise stated by the Promoter.

  1. How to Enter

3.1 To enter, applicants must complete the Property Developer Scholarship application form on the competition landing page.

3.2 All required fields must be completed in full.

3.3 Entry to the competition is free and no purchase is necessary.

3.4 Entries must be received before the stated closing date to be valid.

3.5 Incomplete, late, or duplicate entries may not be considered.

  1. Competition Period

4.1 Applications open on the date the competition is published.

4.2 The closing date for applications is Monday 16th March 2026 at 11:59pm (UK time).

4.3 The Promoter reserves the right to close the competition early if a high volume of applications is received and operational capacity is reached. If this occurs, a notice will be placed on the competition landing page and no further entries will be accepted.

  1. Selection Process

5.1 Applications will be reviewed by the Promoter or its appointed panel.

5.2 One main prize winner will be selected based on criteria including but not limited to:

  • commitment to becoming a property developer
  • clarity of goals
  • readiness to take action within the next 12 months

5.3 The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

5.4 All applicants may receive access to the video training module “The Property Development Blueprint.” Access may be provided by the Promoter at its discretion and does not form part of the competition prize.

  1. The Prize

6.1 The winner will receive:

  • A place on the Property Development Home Study Course (current standard price £7,000 + VAT)
  • Complimentary access to the Planning Secrets Workshop, due to take place in September 2026

6.2 The combined promotional value of the prize is up to £7,997 + VAT.

6.3 The prize:

  • is non-transferable
  • has no cash alternative
  • may not be resold

6.4 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

  1. Finalists

7.1 The Promoter may, at its discretion, select additional finalists.

7.2 Finalists may be offered:

  • a complimentary ticket to the Planning Secrets Workshop, due to take place in September 2026
  • a £2,000 voucher redeemable against the price of the Property Development Home Study Course or the 12-Month Mentorship Programme

7.3 The voucher:

  • cannot be exchanged for cash
  • must be redeemed within 12 months of issue
  • only one voucher may be redeemed per person and vouchers cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless expressly stated by the Promoter

7.4 Finalist offers are discretionary and not guaranteed.

  1. Winner Notification

8.1 The winner will be contacted using the details provided on the application form.

8.2 If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8.3 The winner may be announced via the Promoter’s email, website, or social media channels.

8.4 The surname and county of residence of the winner may be obtained by sending a request to the Promoter within 30 days of the closing date. If the winner objects to this information being published, they should notify the Promoter when accepting the prize.

  1. Marketing and Publicity

9.1 The winner may be invited to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition.

9.2 The Promoter will seek the winner’s consent before using their name, image, or application responses for promotional purposes, including marketing materials, website content, email campaigns, and social media.

  1. Data Protection

10.1 Personal data supplied during the competition will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.

10.2 Where entrants have opted in to receive marketing communications, their details may be used by the Promoter to provide information about relevant training, events, and services.

10.3 Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

  1. Limitation of Liability

11.1 The Promoter will not be responsible for:

  • lost, delayed, or incomplete entries
  • technical issues affecting submission
  • events beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control

11.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

  1. General

12.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

12.2 Any attempt to manipulate or unfairly influence the competition process may result in disqualification.

12.3 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
